Website and appointment-alert data
Our German hosting provider records the requested page, date and time, browser and operating-system information, referrer, host name and a shortened or anonymised IP address. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: secure and efficient website delivery.
Only technically necessary cookies are used for the website and request flow. Contact details, selected citizens offices and time preferences are processed to provide the requested alert or booking support.
Payments, email and infrastructure
Where a paid service is selected, payment data is processed by Stripe. Contract processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Transactional messages are sent through the configured Berlin Termin SMTP provider. Sender.net is used for email automation after an alert signup or purchase. Cloudflare supports secure and performant delivery of the website.

Retention and changes
Invoice and order records are retained for ten years where legally required. Server logs are retained for seven days and then anonymised. This policy may be updated when services or legal requirements change.
