By using Berlin Termin you accept these terms. Conflicting customer terms apply only if accepted by us in writing.
Services and contract
Berlin Termin offers appointment-alert and appointment-booking support in Berlin. The exact scope, price and product conditions are shown before submission.
Submitting an order is a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm the order or begin providing the service. Services are performed with due care; a particular result is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Prices, payment and withdrawal
Displayed prices include statutory VAT. Paid services are due when ordered and are processed through Stripe.
The withdrawal rules displayed for the selected service apply. Where immediate performance is requested, statutory withdrawal rights may end in accordance with German law after the required acknowledgement.
Liability and privacy
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unrestricted. For slight negligence, liability applies only to material contractual duties and is limited to the typical foreseeable loss, subject to mandatory law.

Final provisions
If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
